At AUTOCandy, we are committed to delivering premium-quality car & bike detailing products. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

  • All sales are considered final.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products received during delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Approved products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition along with original packaging.
  • Products that are used, physically damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the product before approving any replacement request.


REFUND POLICY

  • AUTOCandy follows a No Refund / No Store Credit Policy.
  • Only eligible defective or damaged products may qualify for replacement after approval by our support team.
