At AUTOCandy, we work hard to ensure your detailing essentials reach you safely and quickly.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Tracking details will be shared via your registered email or phone number once your order is dispatched.
  • Estimated delivery timeline after shipping:
    • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
    • Other Cities & Regions: 4–6 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, unavailability, or missed delivery attempts:

  • Our support team will contact you once the package reaches our facility.
  • Prepaid orders can be re-shipped after address confirmation.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in certain cases.

Please ensure your shipping details and contact information are accurate while placing the order.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.
  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGEΒ 

At AUTOCandy, all products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged items received during delivery.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Approved products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not qualify for replacement.

AUTOCandy reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any replacement request.


REFUND POLICY

  • AUTOCandy follows a No Refund / No Store Credit Policy.
  • Only approved defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement.
